As you know, there is a specific format needed to be able to send a 3D model to a 3D printer, and Fusion 360 is perfectly suited for this. You can save your 3D model in a variety of formats including .STL and .OBJ. 3D printing and injection molding are two manufacturing methods that are taking the industrial world by storm, especially when it comes to the mass production of plastic parts. Both are now essential tools for designers and are powerful product development approaches for teams and individuals alike. I need a 3D model of the image attached with 8 inches diameter and ½ inch thickness. All the words and drawing needs to be extruded above ½ inch thickness.

Fusion 360 seems to have the best capabilities in terms of technical and functional 3D prints, but for artistic, visual 3D prints, Blender and Meshmixer work great.
